Rechargeable Bracelets have a 60-day return policy. You may wear the bracelet to see if it works! If it is not working for you, then you may return it within the 60 days of the date we shipped the product to you. We will issue a credit to your card less shipping and a $6.00 processing fee.

Return authorization is required from Next Generation Bracelets, Inc. for any returned merchandise.

Items must be returned in the original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.

Please note that all refunds will be issued less a $6.00 processing fee and actual shipping charges.
