Shipping costs shown on completed orders are for the continental US only.

Alaska, Hawaii, overseas Military addresses and U.S. Territories will incur slightly higher shipping rates than the continental U.S. - add $7.50 to the shipping charge shown on your order.

Normal shipping in accordance to the above chart will also apply.

 


Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed).

Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you. We ship UPS Ground from Atlanta, GA.

The "Target Date" on the order form is not a promise from us to deliver your product exactly by that date! It is for our information while processing the order. We will make every effort to meet your "Target Date."


During major gift giving
Holidays please remember:

  • Due to large volume during major gift giving holidays your delivery time may be delayed by a few days.

  • Remember, it is wise to order early to ensure you get your item(s) on time!

  • We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, but remember that UPS can also run a bit behind during these peak times.

International Orders

           
We are currently shipping orders outside the US to:
  • All US Military addresses worldwide
  • All United States Territories
  • Canada

Placing an International Order

International orders will be billed exact shipping charges applicable to your geographical area plus $9.50 Handling. These shipping charges will be more than the shipping charges shown in the chart above.

Duties

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Next Generation Bracelets, Inc. orders only include the cost of the item(s) and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.

International Returns

Items must be returned in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom, orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
